Systems supported by ITS may be unavailable due to routine maintenance beginning at approximately 9:00 p.m. on the Thursdays listed below. Systems may continue to be unavailable until 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.

Database Maintenance
Additional database maintenance will be from 6 to 9 a.m. on the Sundays below. The following services will be unavailable: Banner Admin pages, Self Service, ODBC, eTranscripts, and Online Balloting. ProcessMaker will be available in a limited capacity. Please plan accordingly for your ProcessMaker and Banner projects. Please contact Tyler Spoon at tyler.spoon@drake.edu for questions or concerns.

Maintenance Freeze Periods
Minimal changes will be allowed to production systems during the following times:
January 20-30, 2026: start of spring semester
April 6-22, 2026: spring registration
May 11-17, 2026: spring finals and commencement weekend
June 3-4, 7-8, 12-13, 21-22, 25-26, 2026: new student orientation
