Find information about official and unofficial transcripts here.
Requests for official Drake University transcripts must be made online via the National Student Clearinghouse. Students may use this service 24 hours per day, and they may track the progress of their order.
Current students may retrieve an unofficial copy of their transcript in the self service section of myDrake.
Course descriptions can be found in the academic catalog for the corresponding year. Academic Catalogs prior to 2004 can be found in the Drake University Digital Collections.

Copies of course syllabus are not maintained in the Office of the Registrar. Please contact the dean's office at the college or school of the course.
Student Records

The Office of the Registrar provides verification services for current and former students, including enrollment, degree and third-party verifications.
Students can request to add or remove a major, minor, concentration, or pre-professional interest, changing a degree, updating their catalog year or graduation year, or adding or removing the Honors track. Form is accessible in the self service section of myDrake.
Students can view or update their personal information, personal pronoun(s), preferred first name, and emergency contact information in the self service section of myDrake.
Requests for information about former Drake students may be emailed directly to the Office of the Registrar.
