As a Resident Assistant, you’ll gain valuable experience that can set you apart for future positions. You’ll work closely with people—testing and honing your ability to lead individuals to build relationships and work through conflict. You will also gain leadership skills, planning and helping execute organized programming for your residents, and advocating on their behalf. And, you will get to have fun—from volleyball tournaments to pumpkin carving—you’ll help Bulldogs make memories while building your own.
