Prepare to help students connect across cultures and languages. Drake’s World Languages endorsements equip you to teach languages such as French, German, Japanese, and Spanish at the elementary (K–8) and secondary (5–12) levels, preparing you to lead engaging language and cultural learning experiences.

With flexible pathways, you can pair a world language endorsement with your education degree or add it as an additional area of specialization—expanding your teaching license and your impact in the classroom.

Endorsements are available in:

  • French (K-8, 5-12)
  • German (K-8, 5-12)
  • Japanese (5-12)

An endorsement in a foreign language prepares individuals to teach foreign language programs at various educational levels.
